Comparative study on supplementation of enzymes Caplix premium®) and chelated minerals (Chelamine®) was conducted on 400 day old commercial broilers(Cobb) divided in to four equal groups(100 chicks per group in five replicates) to investigate the effect on growth performance traits. Four treatments viz., T1 : Control diet, T2 : Control diet + Caplix premium @ 50g/100 kg feed, T3 : Control diet + Chelamine @ 100g/100 kg feed and T4 : Control diet + Chelamine 100g/100 kg replacing normal trace minerals and reducing 50 g DL Methionine/100 kg feed, were each allotted randomly for treatment in 100 chicks per treatment in 5 replications. Supplementation of enzymes @ 50g/100 kg of feeds and methionine chelated trace minerals @ 100g/100 kg feeds had significant (P<0.01) effect on body weight gain, feed conversion efficiency, balances of Calcium & Phosphorus and dressing percent over the control. The enzymes & chelated mineral fed groups had significantly (P<0.01) higher return over the control group. In comparison to chelated mineral enzyme supplementation is more beneficial.
